Corporate Affiliates Network
The IOP's Corporate Affiliates Network represents a thriving community, with more than 60 organisations of all sizes, in both private and public sectors. Partners come from across a wide spectrum ranging from archetypal physics-based industries dealing with photonics, nanotechnology, biotechnology and manufacturing, to other, perhaps less expected sectors such as financial services, consultancy firms and patent attorneys.
Members benefit from a package of services, including tickets to our high profile Key Insight Business Briefings, delivered by highly influential speakers from commerce, government and research, seminars on cross-sector technology issues, and events focussed on business applications of physics and multi-disciplinary sciences. Companies within the network are invited to advise the Institute on policy matters and consultations, and make an invaluable contribution to the success of the initiatives the IOP undertakes to support dialogues between physics research and industrial developments.
